I contacted Alison during the Christmas break after being very badly let down by a lender on Christmas Eve and being somewhat panicked. I emailed Alison on the off-chance and she got back to me immediately - despite it being the Christmas holidays! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and got me a mortgage offer within days. I can highly recommend Alison. I’m almost 50 and didn’t think I would be able to get a mortgage but Alison gave me various options. She was first class throughout the whole process holding my hand every step of the way as I had no knowledge at all. Alison Hughes is an excellent mortgage advisor. She is extremely knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly and makes the whole buying process run as smoothly as possible. As a first time buyer with poor credit, I didn't want to take on the stress or risk of a declined application. Alison was able to get me a mortgage with a decent rate despite my poor credit and low deposit amount. Alison even put through the mortgage application while on annual leave!
