Residential Lending

Our initial mortgage consultation is free. I usually charge a fee for mortgage advice, generally between £195 – £495. The amount charged is dependent on the amount of research and administration required and will be discussed and agreed upon with you at the earliest opportunity.

Co-Ownership (Residential lending)
Not everyone can afford the house of their dreams. Co-Ownership are a Housing Association that will help you buy a home up to the value of £175,000.
You buy between 50% - 95% of the property and Co-ownership will purchase the rest, you then pay them a set rent for their portion.
They also have a 'Rent to Own' scheme
